New Condos in South BostonTwo weeks ago I attended the Andrew Square Civic Association monthly meeting to hear developers Tom Broderick and Tim Russell's proposal for 488 Dorchester Avenue in South Boston.  These guys are two of the top developers in the area, and build some of the nicest new condos in South Boston.  Not only is it great for the neighborhood, but it's excellent news for buyers as you will be purchasing a quality condo in Boston from a trustworthy builder.  Here are the main points from the developers proposal at the November 2013 meeting:

  • 33 Parking Spaces

Buying During the HolidaysMany people believe buying during the holidays is not a great idea, but the holiday season is actually a fantastic time to buy!  Although inventory is traditionally low and people are preoccupied with holiday festivities to do much searching, this might be the best time of year to find a deal.
